ORDER
Prices include VAT. Delivery charge within UK is £5.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and the details provided in your order form.
Please note we will not be held responsible for faulty measurements. If you are unsure how to take your child’s measurements, view our How To Take Measurements description. Please specify if you are using metric or imperial measurements.

DELIVERY
In most cases, your dress will be complete within 6-8 weeks of receipt of payment. We use recorded delivery which requires a signature upon delivery.

RETURN
We believe you will be delighted with your Ulrika Bogö dress. However, if you are unhappy in any way it can be returned to us within 7 full working days.
If you return the product in its original condition including packaging, we will refund you the cost of the product excluding our original delivery costs as soon as possible. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
